Mexican Chicken Parmigiana With Chardonnay Chilli Salsa

Don't have time to make a parmigiana from scratch, but still looking for those distinctive flavours. We've created a quick and easy recipe for you to enjoy your favourite parmigiana at home.

Serves 4

Ingredients

4x Mt barker chicken schnitzel (or make 4 schnitzels)

1 Large jar Chardonnay Chilli Salsa

250g Grated cheese

200ml Sour Cream

1x Bunch Coriander

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180degrees
  2. Pan fry schnitzel
  3. Spread on Chardonnay Chilli Salsa
  4. Sprinkle cheese over the top
  5. Oven bake on 180 for 8-10mins
  6. Serve with salad, coriander and sour cream
