Delivery & Returns
We are committed to making your purchase as easy and enjoyable as possible including hassle free delivery. If you need to contact us in regard to your delivery or have a question please call on +61 0(8) 9848 2444 during business hours or EMAIL.
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries Australia wide and are able to deliver to a PO Box, business address or home address, whatever is convenient for you. If you are not at home when your item is delivered it can be left in a secure location at your home otherwise Australia Post will leave a calling card and your delivery will be available for collection at your local Post Office.
You will be able to track your delivery whilst it makes it way to you. When your delivery is ready to be dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post. You will also be able to track your parcel every step of the way.
- For orders of $99 or more delivery is free within Australia.
- For orders under $99 we charge a flat shipping fee of $10 for delivery within Australia.
We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 2 days of receiving with Australia Post delivering in the following time frames:
- Western Australia – Metro – 2 – 3 business days
- Western Australia – Country – up to 5 business days
- Interstate – Capital City – 5 – 7 business days
- Interstate – Country Areas – 5 – 10 business days
If you have not received your delivery 5 business days after the transit times above please call us on + 61 8 9848 2444 or EMAIL.
Damaged or Undeliverable Items
For any items damaged in transit, Australia Post will return to The Lake House Denmark and we will resend your order.
For any orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address we will contact you to advise and arrange alternative delivery details. Undeliverable items will incur another delivery fee for re-shipping.
If your items are faulty or the incorrect item sent please contact us on EMAIL or by phone +61 (0)8 9848 2444. For all faulty items we will send a replacement.
