Chardonnay Chilli Mussels
Our Vinofood Chardonnay Chilli Salsa makes these chilli mussels super easy and super delicious. Serve with fresh crusty bread. And for lovers of chilli add more fresh chilli if you like it hot!
Ingredients
- 1kg fresh mussels (without beards)
- 150ml dry white wine
- 360g Vinofood Chardonnay Chilli Salsa
- 4-6 spring onions
- 1 cup fresh coriander
- 2 lemons
Instructions
- Clean mussels and remove the beards.
- Chop the spring onion and coriander and set aside.
- Heat a large pot or wok. When hot add the mussels and white wine and place a lid on top. The lid will create steam to open the mussels.
- Once the mussels start to open toss through the spring onions and coriander and pour in the Chardonnay Chilli Salsa and heat through.
- Serve immediately with a wedge of fresh lemon and fresh crusty bread to dip into the delicious sauce.
