Marinated Olive Tapenade
Olive tapenade is quick and easy to make and is so much tastier than the shop bought versions. The orange zest in our Vinofood Marinated Olives in Grapeseed Oil give the tapenade a unique flavour. Great served with toasted pita bread or with roast veggies.
Ingredients:
- 280 gm Vinofood Marinated Kalamata Olives
- 5 anchovy fillets
- 1 tbsp capers
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp oil from the olives
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add more oil if required to give it a dip like consistency.
