Ingredients
- 300 gm plain flour
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 sachet dried yeast
- 1 pinch Sea salt
Instructions
- Make the pizza dough.
- Stir yeast into warm water and set aside in a warm place until it becomes foamy.
- In a large bowl add the flour and salt.
- Once yeast is bubbling stir through flour and knead dough.
- Cover and set aside in a warm area until the dough doubles in size (approx. 30-60 minutes).
- Separate dough into 2 balls and roll out into pizza bases.
- Add your favourite sauces and toppings and cook in a 200°C oven for 20-30 minutes or until cooked.
