Balsamic Roasted Sprouts

Create a balanced side dish with our Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Balsamic & Shiraz Glaze. The natural bitterness of the Brussel Sprouts is beautifully balanced by the sweet, tangy Balsamic Shiraz Glaze, creating a side dish that's both delicious and memorable.

Prep time 5 mins. Side Dish for 4

Ingredients:

500g Brussel Sprouts

1/4 Jar Balsamic Shiraz Glaze

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Dash of salt

Herbs and spices to your liking

Instructions:

Heat oven to 170 C and cover baking tray with baking paper.

Cut Brussel Sprouts in half long ways, Toss lightly in olive oil and a dash of salt. Place in baking tray cut side down.

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or to your liking. (sometimes you may need a splash of water). 

Remove sprouts, turn them over and brush with Vinofood Balsamic Shiraz Glaze and put back in the oven for another few minutes.

Sprinkle a little more balsamic over the sprouts after you pull them out.

Serve as a side dish, while hot.
