Our Semillon Pickled Pears are a labour of love. Using locally sourced pears our team carefully cuts and hand-peels every pear. Tart and tangy with a hint of sweet in flavour, they are best served on a cheeseboard to compliment a rich and creamy cheese. Toss through our famous rocket, blue cheese and walnut salad recipe or simply add to your breakfast muesli.
