Rosemary Meatballs with Tomato & Rielsing Relish

Ingredients

  • 500g beef mince
  • 4 large cloves garlic, very finely chopped
  • 50g brown onion, very finely chopped
  • 100g ripe cherry tomatoes, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp Vinofood Tomato and Riesling Relish (extra for dipping)
  • 4 flat tsp dried rosemary
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika powder salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the grill on high.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Roll mixture into 30 meatballs and place in a single layer on a large shallow baking tray.
  4. Put under the grill for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Turn meatballs over a couple of times during grilling to cook evenly.
  6. Serve meatballs with a small bowl of Tomato and Riesling Relish to dip in.
