Sparkling Strawberry Jam Tarts
A delicious treat for the whole family to enjoy. Our sweet treat sparkling strawberry jam tarts are filled with our delicious Vinofood Sparkling Strawberry Jam.

Ingredients
- Olive oil, for greasing the tray
- 2 sheets 25cm x 25cm all-butter shortcrust pastry,
- cold 12 flat tbsp Vinofood Sparkling Strawberry Jam
- 1 egg, whisked (egg wash)
- 1 sprinkle icing sugar
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius using the top and bottom element function.
- Thoroughly grease a muffin tray.
- Use an 8cm circle cookie cutter to make 12 circles in the cold pastry.
- Use a 6cm star cookie cutter to cut out 12 stars.
- Gently fit each pastry circle into the muffin tin.
- Fill each pastry with 1 tablespoon of jam, filling only halfway.
- Place a star on top of each tart.
- Egg wash all the exposed pastry.
- Place in the oven on the middle shelf for 15 minutes or when golden.
- Serve once cooled.
